Are you a restoration contractor?
No. We provide the cleaning side of recovery. We do not perform structural repair, mold remediation or claim restoration certifications. We work alongside your restoration contractor, adjuster or property manager so detail cleaning happens at the right point in the job.
Can you clean smoke and soot residue after a fire?
Yes. We wipe down and wash surfaces and contents once the area is cleared, using methods suited to each material. Heavy damage may need a restoration firm first, and we will tell you plainly if that applies to your building.
Do you clean up after water damage?
We handle detail cleaning after water has been extracted and drying is underway or finished: floors, baseboards, fixtures and contents. Water removal, drying and any mold concerns should go to a qualified restoration contractor, and we are happy to coordinate.
Can you work with my insurance company?
We can provide scope notes and photos of completed cleaning to support your claim file, and coordinate scheduling with your adjuster or contractor. We do not decide coverage, and the claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
Do you offer emergency response?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency response, so you can call after hours when a loss occurs. We will arrange a walkthrough, discuss scope and schedule cleaning for the stage your building is in, so work starts when it is safe to begin.
Can you remove smoke or water odors?
We clean the surfaces and contents that hold odor and support the job with ventilation and deodorizing steps. Odors tied to structural materials may need your restoration contractor. We will explain what cleaning can and cannot achieve.
