We follow your SOPs and access rules
Every lab has its own rules for who may enter, what may be touched and how surfaces are to be treated. We ask for them in writing and train our crew before the first visit. Restricted-access areas are entered only with your authorization, and we use escorts where your policy requires them.
If something on a bench is unfamiliar or a label is unclear, we leave it alone and flag it. Not touching it is always the right answer.

Chemical-aware cleaning and clear waste boundaries
Lab chemistry does not mix well with cleaning chemistry, so we review products with your lab before using them, avoid spraying near sensitive equipment and keep products away from incompatible residues. Spills of unknown or hazardous materials are for your trained staff to handle.
We do not handle regulated waste. That includes chemical, biological, sharps and radioactive waste. We empty ordinary trash and recycling from designated receptacles and leave regulated waste streams to your own procedures.

Do you clean to our lab SOPs?
Yes. We ask for your written procedures, agree on a cleaning scope with your lab manager and train our crew before starting. If your rules change, tell us and we will adjust the checklist before the next visit, and nothing is added without your sign-off.
Do you handle regulated or hazardous waste?
No. We do not handle regulated waste, including chemical, biological, sharps or radioactive materials. We empty ordinary trash and recycling from designated bins and leave regulated waste streams to your own trained staff and procedures.
Can your crew work under escort in restricted areas?
Yes. We follow your sign-in, badge and escort requirements, and enter restricted areas only with authorization from your lab manager or safety lead. Tell us your policy and we will schedule cleaning around when an escort is available.
Are you certified for cleanroom cleaning?
No, and we do not claim cleanroom certification. We can clean cleanroom-adjacent areas such as corridors, offices, gowning vestibules and prep spaces following your procedures, and leave controlled interiors to your qualified, trained staff, who know the procedures.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
We use dedicated cloths, mops and buckets for each zone, color-coded for clarity, and we clean from cleaner areas toward dirtier ones. Tools are not moved between rooms, and we follow your own contamination-control rules. Nothing leaves a zone dirty, and nothing is carried across.
