What is the difference between move-in and move-out cleaning?
They share the same detailed scope, but the emphasis differs. Move-out cleaning restores the home to hand-back condition, while move-in cleaning sanitizes and resets a home before you occupy it. Both are done in an empty space, which lets us reach cabinets, closets and appliances fully.
Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally yes. Cleaning is most effective when furniture and boxes are out of the way, because we can reach the inside of every cabinet and the full floor. If a few items remain, tell us in advance and we will work around them.
Will you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes, appliance interiors are a standard part of a move-in or move-out clean. For the refrigerator, we ask that it be emptied and defrosted before our visit. We will confirm the full checklist in your free estimate.
Can you work with my closing date or lease end?
We schedule around lease end dates and closings whenever we can. Call early with your date and we will tell you what is possible. We respond to estimate requests within 24 hours, and we are flexible with timing across our service area.
