What is the difference between stripping and scrubbing a floor?
Stripping removes all of the old finish down to the bare floor so you can reapply fresh coats. Scrub and recoat cleans the floor and adds new finish without removing the whole base. We recommend whichever the floor needs.
How often should commercial floors be burnished or refinished?
It depends on traffic, floor type and finish condition. High-traffic retail and school floors need attention more often than a quiet office corridor. We evaluate the floor and recommend a cycle.
Can you clean tile and grout in a commercial building?
Yes. We clean tile and grout in restrooms, kitchens, lobbies and entries with machine agitation and extraction. Heavily soiled grout may need multiple passes, and we will tell you what is realistic.
Do you work on polished concrete?
