How is post-construction cleaning different from construction site cleanup?
Construction site cleanup is ongoing during the build and focuses on debris, dust control and safe access. Post-construction cleaning is the detailed final clean at the end, covering surfaces, glass, fixtures and floors so the space is ready to occupy.
When should a final clean be scheduled?
After trades are finished and major punch-list items are complete, but before furniture, inventory or occupants arrive. We schedule backward from your turnover date and can return for touch-ups after punch-list repairs.
Can you remove paint overspray and stickers from windows?
We remove stickers, tape residue and light overspray from glass using methods suited to the surface. Heavy or cured paint may need a different approach, so we assess it during the walk-through before we start.
Do you handle floors after construction?
Yes. We clean floors according to type, including tile, vinyl, sealed concrete and carpet. If a floor needs stripping, sealing or finishing, we can discuss flooring care as a separate scope.
Do you serve both new builds and renovations?
